For common support inquiries like onboarding and setup, HD+ will automatically create a ticket when a user messages a channel.

Use cases:

  • Onboarding
  • Credential retrieval
  • Any other commonly-performed task by the Support team

Add HelpDesk+ to your channel and configure for auto-creation in a few easy steps.

To get started:

  • Install Helpdesk+ to your workspace
  • Connect to Jira
  • Navigate to the channel to have auto-create functionality enabled
  • Invite the Helpdesk+ bot to your channel
  • Select Support Channel
  • Select Configure
  • Select one issue type - this will be the issue type that the bot creates
  • Check the box next to Auto Create
  • Click Submit
